We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially to our children. The hotel facilities were great, including a kids' corner, free-flow green tea, and a fantastic onsen. The location was perfect too, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even a 100 yen shop. Being near Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko made this city a great place to stay.
All was good.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location with a direct view of the mountain. The staff are attentive and helpful, providing useful information about the area. The rooms, while on the small side, are clean and have all the basic facilities you need, including a private bathroom and a normal bed.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The hotel had a great onsen that was free of charge and there was plenty of parking available. We also really enjoyed the nearby restaurants and attractions that were just a short walk away. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The lack of clear communication about the onsen hours, along with a lack of English proficiency from the staff, made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. the location was not easily accessible by public transportation, which made travel more expensive for us.

The view you get from the room is breathtaking, it's definitely worth requesting one with a mountain view. The complimentary Onsen is an authentic experience that can't be missed and the hotel is located near great restaurants and a small ramen shop. Walking to Fuji Q highland will only take 10 minutes and there are no problems with the wifi.
The beds were a bit too hard for our tastes but it's not terrible. , it would be better suited for couples or families traveling together as solo travelers may have to use taxis or car rentals to get anywhere.
